Wood Park Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 le-ragnaie malolactic fermentation in tank

malolactic fermentation in tank

subtly blending citrus and exotic fruits with light toasted notes

It’s a more vibrant and balanced release than last year’s fruit bomb

95 Points - James Halliday

Wood Park Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 le-ragnaie malolactic fermentation in tankSingle block Cabernet Sauvignon from biodynamic vineyard in Margaret River. Ripe raspberry, cassis, pomegranate, fresh leather strapping, star anise, black pepper, graphite. Intense and dark, almost brooding, with blackberry, spice. This is earthy and intense, with an appealing purity on the palate. Attractive, rich and structured.
