Fox Creek Vixen Sparkling NV Size::12 Bottle Case 's sister propertyFirst produced in 1997 and often described as a black forest gateau in a glass, it is almost the perfect descriptor for this rich, powerful and luscious Sparkling Red that is one of the cornerstones of Fox Creeks portfolio. The powerful fruit flavour profile of our Shiraz and rich structural tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by the focus and herbal lift of the Cabernet Franc, combine to give the wine an exquisite balance and drinkability.
